How the engine groups candidate sibling nodes into one parse-claim input.
SharedStem (the default) groups a container’s children by shared basename
under the same parent, where the basename is the file name with only its
final extension removed (roads.v2.shp and roads.v2.dbf share roads.v2;
roads.shp stays roads). This is the only generic, format-agnostic grouping
knowledge core needs, and it keeps versioned sibling sets distinct. The
capture/template generalization (for suffix sidecars named off an anchor
stem rather than sharing it, e.g. data.tif + data.tif.aux.xml) is a
deferred seam; it reuses DeclaredPair’s selector_captures/expand_template
vocabulary. Until a real format needs it, only SharedStem is implemented.
